"Zero empathy for the death of my beloved dog…"
My dog seemed to enjoy these treats. He was diagnosed with splenic cancer in March and he continued to enjoy these treats so I kept my subscription. Unfortunately, the cancer metastasized and within a month it had taken over his entire liver. At this point he rejected the treats. I attempted to cancel my subscription but Wuffes said that my items were already in pre-shipment and basically let me know there was nothing I could do about it now. Unfortunately now my dog has passed I now have several uneaten jars of this very expensive treat. When I contacted wuffes to return the unopened shipment that I received *on the day my dog passed* as well as the unopened and sealed jars from my previous shipments, I was told the best they could do was 40% back on my most recent shipment, the one I tried to cancel before I even received it. Perhaps even worse, they didn’t even acknowledge my dog’s passing. I’m going to include the email from customer support at the bottom…

I have no idea to the efficacy of these treats, as my dog’s cancer really worsened his symptoms.

However, for a “pet centered” company to have zero empathy for my recent loss, to not even offer condolences, and only offering me a fraction of a refund, it’s extremely disappointing.

I would never recommend a company like this. Customer service can really make or break a new company. Wuffes needs to do better or get out of the pet care industry.

Wuffes’ reply to my request for return/refund after the death of my dog:
“ Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept delivered edible products because we can't guarantee the freshness of our products once it's out of our hands, however, we can offer you a 40% refund discount on your last order and you are also free to keep those products and maybe even donate them to a pup in need or local dog shelter.
Talk soon!”

"My 15 year old Jack Russell Terrier absolutely loves wuffes"
My 15 year old Jack Russell Terrier Fenn is a picky eater. I was stressing how I was going to get wuffes down her. When I gave to her she just chowed it down! I was amazed and smiling & she looks forward to the wuffes!!!

"Don't give them cc info"
Signed up for the trial, and should have done some research. They added my payment method through Shopify. And will not let me remove it from their site. They send a link, that only offers to update card information, no removal option. They have it on their website, it's just grayed out so you have to go "through the Shopify" a snake eating its tail.

"How did they charge me for this and how do I cancel the expensive subscription!"
I recieved my Wuffles and trying it, basically a mussel suppliment also available at far less cost. And I cannot figure out how I paid. There is no charge to any of my cards and it was an auto-pay purch through my phone and I want to unsubscribe from the repeated purchases but cannot find any transaction and I know they'll be hitting me for 140 for more supply very soon! But how? What card and where is the account information!!

"False advertising do not buy"
I want to start off by saying they falsely advertise their product, and their warranty. Their free 30 day trails starts off by asking your dogs weight. Thinking they are taking into consideration how many chews your dog will need, but no. I got my “30 day free trail” that was only a 15 day supply with my Dogs weight. After receiving the package & further reading direction for the first 90 days they recommend doubling that dose. Cutting it back to week supply! This was very disappointing. Another 30 days later they charged my card the subscription I though unenrolled for. Sense there is no consumers service number I was forced to reach out via email where it took a several days to respond. With such a delayed response, my package was unable to be canceled before being shipped to me. Customer service advised me to deny the package at delivery time or wait till I have it to return it. To get fully refunded. Being that most packages are delivered during work hours I was unable to deny a delivery. After receiving my unwanted package, I reached back out to customer service in regards to how to further return my items. They then informed me they no longer accept returns, As of April 5th. When all of this took place before the policy change date. Their 100% costumer guarantee only reaches as far as 50% because that’s the only refund they can give me on my $70 unwanted product.

"Disgruntled customer"
I ordered a trial jar. Never ordered anything else, next thing you know I get 3 more jars in the mail and a 140.00 bill on my credit card in which I will be disputing. A company shouldn't scam customers for there hard earned money.

"A REALLY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER"
You know when a company’s report for review starts out with the question What went wrong this time?, you need to stay away from it. Unfortunately I did not use my own good advice. I placed a trial order of the hip and joint chews for dogs. (1) one jar, I then received (3) more jars in the mail totaling $139.00. I got in touch with the company via e-mail, only to receive a single sentence saying the auto ship has been cancelled. This is suppose to be the final say of a CARING company. No way…I call BULLSHT. Not one word about my refund or any questions on how they can help me retrieve my stolen money. So this is how THIS company stays in business….. anyone who gives their cc# to a company offering auto ship even though you did not sign up for it places orders on YOUR behalf and then sends you a single sentence and calls it even. I don’t think so, next stop Better Business Bureau. Signed A Really Pissed Off Customer.

"Fraudulent Free Trial Scam"
On March 29, 2023, I saw an advertisement on Facebook from Wuffes Store, for a free trial product of Advanced Hip & Joint Support from Wuffer Store. I watched a video and decided to give it a try. They requested my credit card to pay for the $4.95 shipping charge. I did not see a mention of an auto-ship or recurring order subscription.

Since I don't check my email daily, did not notice that there were no emails from Wuffes. I have a holistic animal rescue sanctuary, we have many cats and dogs and it gets very busy.

I received the free trial package in my mailbox locker on April 4, 2023. I started to give the product to my dog the same day, and still have not noticed any difference in his joint issues as of April 24,23

From this timeline I had no contact with Wuffes, it was my understanding this was a trial that gave me time for the product to work.

On April 18, 23 I received a text from Chase Bank, regarding a debit transaction of $140.10 from the SP Wuffes Store. I was instantly concerned since did not recognize the name of the store and had not ordered anything online recently.
I called Chase to report a charge not approved by me. The bank canceled my card and advised me to call back in the morning, to file a claim with the fraud department. On April 19, 23 Chase accepted a fraud claim investigation against SP Wuffer Store.

My daughter and I researched the name of Wuffes Store, and the only store with this name online was a music store, which I had not purchased from.

Usually, when there is an online purchase the email of the user of the debit card receives an email. So I checked my Gmail inbox and found no emails from Wuffer, also checked the spam folder and I found the emails from Wuffer there. The six emails they sent me from March 29 to April 1, 23, set off a spam alert by Gmail, their emails were in the spam folder from the first days of purchasing the Free Trial.

All of these strange anomalies confirmed to me that Wuffes Store is a disingenuous company with no regard for its customers.

On April 18, 23 I received a confirmation email saying thanks for your order from Wuffes, for the amount of $140.10. This confused me, I had not ordered anything else from this store aside from the Free Trial order. Also had not subscribed for auto-ship or recurring orders.

After further research to locate their contact information, I found their phone number on my online bank statement, in the charge from SP Wuffes Store. I made a call to them their voice mail picked up right away, and an automated system recording said to leave a message and will call you back, there was no mention of a company name. I thought this to be strange because the email from Wuffes of April 18, 23 stated, " In a billion-dollar industry, we're leading the way" Yet the phone number given to my bank is answered by an automated service, not identifying their company name.

I did receive a callback three days later and was not able to resolve the situation with the person that called me. As of today April 24, 23, I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back. They shipped the unauthorized order to me on April 18, but have not received it as of yet. I contacted USPS to refuse the package, they started it was not eligible for Package Intercept because it was currently out for delivery.

This is a shadowy way to do business it is called deceptive marketing.

I will not do business with such a company. I am alerting my large following on social media. Also will contact the companies that advertise for Wuffer Store and inform them of the situation.

Be cautious everyone there is a lot of deception, particularly from the larger companies.

Take care

"Highly recommend"
My picky boy, Cletus, loves the taste of the hip and joint supplement. I have noticed an improvement in his ability to go up the stairs. I would recommend these to anyone who has a furbaby with hip and joint pain.

"Awful Customer Service"
I had my 10-11 year old German Shepherd on the chews. I honestly did not notice a difference but kept her on them and I had the product on auto-ship. I received an order with 3 bottles and a few days later she passed unexpectedly. I contacted Wuffes for a refund--it took about a month for them to actually send me the return label and I have delivery confirmation from a week ago yet my card still has not been credited. This would be bad enough if I was not also dealing with the unexpected death of my dog. I am so upset and disappointed with this company. Soon before my dog passed, Chewy had an amazing sale and I stocked up on dog food. I contacted them after she died. They credited me over $400.00 and told me to donate the food (which I did). That is the way to treat customers!
